How do I run the BigYellowKey Install process? As long as you originally followed all the installation steps that were provided with our addons, and all your license keys are in a single "byz_mykeys.asp" file, then all you need to do is this: 1) Download this zip file: byk_backfill_upgrade.zip 2) Unzip that file on your pc / Mac and copy all the unzipped files to your site's vpasp area. 3) Login to your VPASP Admin area and go to your "BigYellowZone Products Admin" screen (usually within occasional>options sub-menu), and then follow the simple on-screen instructions (the "Live Update" backfill and its instructions/processing will appear in a popup window). That's it; it's all that most people will need to do. Tip: Maximise your bigyellowkey window, otherwise it'll appear a bit squashed on the tabs etc. Tip2: Add the mysoftware screen to your browser favorites so you can visit it again without having to go through vpasp admin.
